The challenge
Agile teams lose hours to ticket admin — writing stories, grooming backlogs, and keeping boards honest. Genbai needed to make that work disappear behind AI without turning into yet another heavyweight tracker that teams quietly abandon.
What we built
- Designed the full product surface: authentication, Kanban board, sprints, epics, roadmap, and reporting.
- Put AI at the centre of the core loop with a Generate Story flow that drafts work items in place.
- Built dense, enterprise-grade board layouts that stay readable at high card counts.
- Delivered a complete component library rendered in both light and dark themes.
